I was referred to this company by my Roadside Assistance policy and it has been a pure nightmare from beginning to end. They told me a driver was dispatched for only a 45 mins wait. I been waiting so I called to do a follow up on my service. The man on the phone ending with “1852” was so mean and rude to me all because I was asking the time they’ll be arriving. To the point he blocked my number from calling , I’m stuck literally on side of the road in inclement weather. I do not recommend this company.
